In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "726pub", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 726pub platform, licensed and regulated by PAGCOR to offer online gaming services to eligible Philippine residents.
• "Platform" refers to the 726pub website accessible at 726pub.net and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting, bingo, fishing arcade games, sabong betting, payment processing, and customer support.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 726pub platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a player on the 726pub platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, deposit match bonuses, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's account as part of a 726pub promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to cash deposits made by a player into their 726pub account via an approved payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal as real money.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that issues and oversees 726pub's operating licence.

References to "Philippines" include all provinces, cities, and municipalities within the Republic of the Philippines. References to currency are to Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 726pub, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of or physically located within the Republic of the Philippines.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under applicable Philippine law and any laws of your place of residence.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any 726pub employee or affiliated entity.
• You do not already hold an existing active or suspended 726pub account.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by 726pub or PAGCOR.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

726pub reserves the right to verify your identity at any time using third-party identity verification services and to request supporting documentation including a valid government-issued ID (Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, UMID, driver's licence, or voter's ID). Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 726pub may result in account restriction or closure.

One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 726pub platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms. 726pub uses device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment method cross-referencing to identify duplicate accounts.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to use a strong, unique password for your 726pub account and to enable two-factor authentication (OTP verification) where available. 726pub will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 726pub's support team immediately.

Account Ownership: Your 726pub account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination.

• Accounts must be kept up to date with accurate personal information.
• You must notify 726pub promptly if any of your registered details change.
• Accounts showing no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant, and an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month may be deducted from any remaining balance.
• Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 726pub support. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after applicable checks are completed.

Accepted Payment Methods: 726pub currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and other methods as may be added or removed from time to time. The current list of accepted payment methods is displayed on the cashier page within your account.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your 726pub account balance instantly upon confirmation from your payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 726pub does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• GCash withdrawals are processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers are processed within one business day.
• 726pub reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected.
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited upon a withdrawal request being made.

Anti-Money Laundering: 726pub is subject to the Philippines' Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing regulations. We are required by law to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities. Large cash equivalents and unusual transaction patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures, including requests for source of funds documentation.

726pub offers various promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion on the 726pub Current Offers page.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the 726pub platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer table games, sports betting, and bingo may contribute a different percentage. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: All bonus funds and the associated wagering requirements expire within the time period specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus offer may be active in a player's account at any given time.
• Abuse: 726pub actively monitors for bonus abuse, including coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have their bonuses voided and/or their accounts restricted.
• Right to Withdraw: 726pub reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable PAGCOR regulations.

Certified RNG: All casino games available on the 726pub platform — including slots, bingo, fishing arcade games, and virtual table games — operate using a certified random number generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and verified by an accredited third-party testing laboratory. The RNG ensures that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by 726pub or any player.

Return to Player (RTP): Published RTP percentages for individual games are accurate and based on long-term statistical averages across millions of game rounds. RTP does not guarantee any individual player's results over any particular session or time period. The house edge varies by game type and is embedded in the certified RTP of each game.

Live Dealer Games: Live dealer baccarat, roulette, and blackjack games available on 726pub are streamed from professionally managed studio environments operated by licensed third-party providers. Live dealer games are subject to the rules of each individual game as displayed within the game interface. Disputes regarding live dealer game outcomes must be raised within 24 hours of the session in question.

Sports Betting: All sports betting markets on the 726pub sportsbook are subject to the specific rules of each sport, competition, and market type. Accepted bets are binding. 726pub reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently found to have been affected by match manipulation, or where a clear technical or pricing error occurred.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or bet, 726pub will endeavour to reconstruct the game state using server logs. Where the game state cannot be reliably reconstructed, the affected round or bet may be voided and stakes returned. Winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable system error are not valid and will not be paid.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 726pub platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, or assisting another person to do so.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or financial account without their explicit consent.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games, place bets, or interact with the platform without prior written consent from 726pub.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage — whether in casino games, sportsbook odds, or bonus mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including in live poker, live dealer tables, or sports betting syndicates.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity as defined under Philippine law.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 726pub platform, its software, or its security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 726pub staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal under local law.

All content on the 726pub platform — including but not limited to the 726pub brand name and logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, promotional materials, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive property of 726pub or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 726pub platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 726pub platform without prior written authorisation.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to 726pub regarding the platform may be used by 726pub without obligation to you and without any form of compensation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 726pub's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the following:

• 726pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform.
• 726pub shall not be liable for losses arising from technical faults, internet connectivity issues, power outages, or third-party service failures beyond 726pub's reasonable control.
• 726pub's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of real money funds deposited by you into your account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 726pub does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party service disruptions may affect platform availability without notice.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit 726pub's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its proven negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine law.

726pub provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly from your account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set automatic pop-up reminders at intervals of your choice to track how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a break from the platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your account is locked for gaming activity but remains accessible for withdrawal of any remaining balance.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently self-exclude from the 726pub platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months. 726pub will also inform PAGCOR of the self-exclusion where required under regulatory guidelines.

By registering on 726pub, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of 726pub's gaming services.

726pub may share your personal data with PAGCOR and other relevant Philippine regulatory authorities where required by law or as a condition of maintaining our operating licence.

726pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions initiated by the player.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Discovery that the player is under 21 years of age.
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward 726pub staff or other players.

Upon account termination for a breach of these Terms & Conditions, 726pub reserves the right to void any outstanding bonus balances and to withhold any winnings generated through prohibited conduct. Real money deposits that are not subject to forfeiture under these terms will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of applicable investigations.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may contact 726pub's support team at any time. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

726pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 726pub will provide notice to registered players via email to the address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform website, with a minimum notice period of 7 days before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the 726pub platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available on this page and supersedes all previous versions. The date at the top of this document reflects when the current version became effective.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, the Anti-Money Laundering Act, and all applicable PAGCOR regulations and issuances.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, enforcement, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. 726pub and the player agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance by contacting 726pub's support team before initiating formal legal proceedings.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as provided under PAGCOR's regulatory framework, prior to pursuing court proceedings.
